Since 10pm on polling day over 3,000 new members have joined the Liberal Democrats. (By 28th May it was 14,000 new members)

They’re joining because they believe, like all of us, that Britain needs a strong liberal party to stand up for freedom, fairness and equality.

Together, we’re going to rebuild from what happened on Thursday, and that starts right now.

Thank you for supporting Pauline, Sandra and me. Unfortunately there was a national swing to the Tories and too many Haddenham residents voted Labour or Green thus making sure they got three Conservative Councillors, although we actually got more votes than when we were elected four years ago.
