At last after years of campaigning Haddenham is going to get a better bus service. Our save our bus campaign was helped by many of you putting up the posters. Working with the Parish Council and County Council officers a new bus service will replace the 106. It will now be a hourly service and will go directly to Ely in the morning via Stretham (so you can get the Cambridge bus) and in the afternoon it will come from Ely directly, going back the more circuitous route via Witcham.

This improved service should mean many more passenger,s but we will only keep it if we all use the new service.  It will be called ZIP, let’s hope that now we can zip into Ely and not need to take our car.
