Any interested person who wishes to participate in the hearing can contribute to the discussion and will also be welcome to
attend. However, if you wish to comment you must have submitted a comment to the Inspector before the deadline of 25th September. Any other member of the public can attend but will not be allowed to participate.
The hearing is an inquisitorial process led by the Inspector who identifies the issues for discussion based on the evidence
submitted and any representations made. The hearing may include a discussion at the site or the site may be inspected,
without discussion, on an accompanied or unaccompanied basis
